In this four part class, you will be introduced to the Cocoknits Method of sweater knitting, outlined in the book Cocoknits Sweater Workshop. The method uses a simple seamless top down, capped sleeve, with a tailored three dimensional construction. In class we will talk about tips for choosing styles to suit different body types and proportions. We will be  using the Emma pattern from the book. Experience Level:  Participants should have a firm grasp of knits, purls, increases/decreases, picking up stitches, and how to read your knitting.

We will be knitting your choice  Emma A, or Emma C. The pattern is included in the book.  Supplies: Cocoknits Sweater Workshop book (purchased separately)• Cocoknits Sweater Worksheet in book • colored stitch markers • yarn for Emma A or C heavy worsted weight or bulky • Circular needles in size 9–11 (either one 40" or longer or 3 separate circulars) • Smaller skinny needle in any size (double pointed or circular)• Yarn snips or scissors • Tape measure or ruler •  Blank paper for notes.

5:30 PM Wednesdays,  Jan 4 (2 HOURS), Jan 11 (2 HOURS), Jan 18 (1 HOUR) skip week for lots of knitting, Feb (2 HOUR)
