Pineland is an asymmetrical seamless vest, knit all in one piece. Front bands and armhole bands are worked as you knit, so there’s no picking up of stitches at the end. It features an fun lace rib stitch and the finished vest can be worn in a variety of ways. Please bring the following items to the first night of class: a gauge swatch in stockinette stitch with a garter stitch edge (4”x 4” after washing and blocking) using the yarn you’ll be using for the vest* and a tape measure.
Materials: Pineland Vest by Elizabeth Smith (available at Yarn Harbor or on Ravelry), worsted weight yarn for your desired size, US size 8 needles or size needed for your gauge, stitch markers, and a darning needle. *see website for swatch info: http://www.wikihow.com/Measure-Knit-Gauge
