Basic Socks

Socks are the perfect “go anywhere” project—quick, easy and portable. In this class, you will learn how to knit a basic DK weight sock on double point needles (DPNs). Students should be familiar with knitting and purling. 

Note: Knitting homework is required between classes

Materials:

Pattern: Churchmouse Classics Basic Sock in Two gauges (Buy from Yarn Harbor or on Ravelry)

Yarn: 275 yards of DK-weight yarn (may need more if doing large size)

Needles: a set of US 4 double pointed needles

Other Notions: stitch marker, tapestry needle

Cost: $55 for three, 2 hour sessions

Classes are limited to six students, so sign up early! 

Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund, cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the class date. No refunds will be given for missed classes or once class has started. We sometimes have to cancel classes that do not meet enrollment minimum, refunds will be given.
