In this class we will be tackling all the steps required to construct a comfortable pair of hand-knit socks knit from the cuff to the toe. While socks may seem intimidating, ambitious students only need to be comfortable with casting on, knit and purl to accomplish this class (other skills an asset, but we will cover everything else in class)! We will learn knitting in the round on double pointed needles, navigating the heel flap, heel turn, gusset decreases, and grafting the toe shut. Our class sock is in a medium adult size, but once mastered, socks can be knit in any yarn, in any size, for the whole family!
Note: Knitting homework is required between classes
