Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes! Yarn Harbor gift certificates make wonderful gifts for knitters, crocheters, and fiber enthusiasts. They're available for purchase online and can be redeemed in our Duluth shop or by phone.

If you're purchasing a gift certificate for someone else, please include the recipient's name in the order notes. If you'd like us to mail it directly to them, enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

Our gift certificates never expire! If you need a different amount than what's listed online, just give us a call at 218-724-6432.

Please note that gift certificates cannot be redeemed through our online checkout.

Open the Yarn Harbor loyalty widget  in the lower left hand corner of your screen labeled "EARN POINTS" and create an account or sign in. You can then use the Earn and Rewards pages to take part in the program.

For every dollar you spend you earn a reward. Use the Earn page in the loyalty widget to view the ways you can earn points. Your available points and reward options will appear in the widget once you are signed in.

100 ponts = a $5 reward

200 points = a $15 reward

500 points =$30 off a purchase of $100 or more

When you have enough points, open the Rewards page and select the reward you would like to claim.

 After claiming an online reward, enter its unique discount code at checkout. If the reward applies only to selected products or collections, your cart must include an eligible item before the code can be applied.

Rewards will EXSPIRE if there has not been a purchase in six months.

 Rewards are good online or in store.

Is parking available?

Yes. Street parking is available in front of Yarn Harbor, with additional parking behind the building. Our front entrance on Superior Street is accessible without stairs.

Yes! Bring your pattern into the shop or give us a call. We can help you compare yarn weights, fibers, gauge, and yardage to find something that works for your project.

We do! Along with yarns from around the world, we're proud to carry hand-dyed yarns from independent dyers, including Minnesota makers. We also carry locally made stitch markers, bags, and skincare products. We love supporting local makers and sharing their work with our customers.

Yes! We offer classes to help fiber artists learn new skills and techniques. We mostly offer knitting and crochet classes with occasional other fiber related sessions like weaving or felting. Check our Classes Collection for current offerings.

Yes, local pickup is available for your order, you'll see that option during checkout.

No, shipping only in the United States

We ship orders placed before 10 am out the same day except Sundays. All other orders will ship out the following day.

We use USPS Ground Advantage as default shipping. Takes generally up to three days. You can choose different shipping options.

We want you to be happy with your purchases! Unused items in their original packaging, with labels attached, may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

• Online purchases: We prefer returns within 30 days, but exceptions may be possible.
• In-store purchases: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days.
• Non-returnable items: Books, patterns, sale items, and yarn that has been wound.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error with your order.
