Spring into summer with this class in which we will cover both crocheting and knitting along with fit and finishing techniques. This beautifully written pattern will help you produce the perfect kind of sweater to toss on during the inevitable cooler days of spring and summer in Duluth. Retro and charming granny squares make up the majority of the sweater. The sleeves, hems, button edges and cuffs are knitted.

Required Skills: Crochet Beginner/Knitting Advanced Beginner.

Materials:

Yarn: We recommend Sirdar Snuggly Replay or regular Snuggly, or other DK weight yarns. Please see the pattern for approximate yardages.

Hook and Needles: Size F (3.75mm) crochet hook; US 4 (3.5mm) 32” circular needle for ribbing; US 6 (4mm) double pointed needles or preferred short circular needle for working the sleeves in the round (magic loop is another option).

Other notions: Removable stitch markers, tapestry needle and five (5) buttons.
